Atria Watford to broadcast Euro 2020 matches to big screen

A big screen at Atria Watford will air Euro 2020 games this weekend, as the mall gears up for a busy sporting summer.

The screen opened yesterday (July 1) in the Atrium near Cineworld and the Hollywood Bowl.

The mall will feature action from Wimbledon and Euro 2020, as well as screenings of cricket, the Tour de France, Formula 1 and the Lions UK and Ireland tour in its first two weeks.

It precedes England’s crucial quarter-final against Ukraine on Saturday night, as well as week two of Wimbledon.

The screen will be up throughout July and August, with action from the Olympics, as well as golf and horse racing events also being shown for buyers and visitors.

Its location inside the mall allows the screen to be covered whatever the weather, and it’s perfect for a break when shopping gets a little too hectic.

There are also plenty of food and drink options just steps from the screen, so a party drink or meal is easy to sort through.

The screen will be on a first come, first served basis, but with limited space available on the sunbeds and ottomans.
