Rock Bros LLC purchased an industrial building in Elizabeth near major highways including the New Jersey Turnpike and Highways 1-9.
Edison-based Bussel Realty Corp. announced Aug. 17 that it is representing buyer and seller, Oliverino LLC, in the $2 million transaction for the 9,950-square-foot property at 758 Lidgerwood Ave.
According to BRC senior vice-president Jordan Metz, it was no simple matter.
“In this complex transaction, we were tasked with selling an asset for a client who was moving/expanding to a larger facility but needed more time before vacating the property,” he said in a statement. communicated. “Some deadlines and deadlines were critical. Metz, along with vice president Eric Koons and business associate Benito Abbate, represented the parties to the transaction.
“The buyer and seller worked closely together to overcome certain hurdles and ensure a successful and timely closing, which achieved both parties’ objectives,” Metz added.
The property includes two offices, a large showroom, kitchen and conference room, seven loading gates, a climate-controlled office and warehouse, and 20 parking spaces.
