The master has abundant tile – terra cotta flooring in a mixed geometric pattern, a cream-colored tub and wall covering with dark blue accents and hand-painted borders – as well as smuggler’s lantern pendant lights and hardwood cabinets; the alcove of the bath has beamed ceilings. A secondary bath brings turquoise subway tiles into the mix, contrasting nicely with the warmth of terracotta.
A large swimming pool is in the center of the backyard, with a fire lounge amidst the landscaping.
