HGTV star Christina Haack moves into $ 2.5million vacation home in Nashville area

Long before he sold his custom-renovated Hamptons-inspired home in Newport Beach, Calif., For $ 5.35 million, far less than the original asking price of $ 6 million, but a solid profit on the $ 4.1 million of dollars she paid just over three years. ago – Christina Haack pointed her real estate curiosities to Tennessee where the HGTV star moved to a four-year-old farm on nearly 24 densely forested acres on the bucolic outskirts of Franklin, Tenn., about 25 miles au southwest of downtown Nashville.

A staple of HGTV for the past decade and newly divorced from her second husband, British TV presenter Ant Anstead, Haack still co-hosts “Flip or Flop” with her first ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa, with whom she is would still have a somewhat strained relationship, as well as the spin-off solo series of the longtime show “Christina on the Coast,” which is currently airing its third season. Along the way, she wrote a book on her own health and wellness journey (“The Wellness Remodel”), and last year launched a furniture line (Christina @ Home) which, according to the documents release, offers a “laid-back California vibe for active families and those who won’t sacrifice style for durability.”

Presumably Haack will imbue its new home in Nashville with its laid-back, laid-back California flair, and it certainly has a large, pristine, landlocked new canvas to work on 2,000 miles east of the Pacific Ocean. Built in 2017 on a sunny hillside at the end of a long private driveway and clad in a humble siding of gloss white painted planks and slats, the approximately 5,000 square foot home offers a charming, classic south wrap-around porch, an amorphous swimming pool and garage for four cars.
