She said The mirror: ‘My two sons were precocious, so I certainly don’t want to give birth live on TV, but it’s a risk I’m willing to take.

“If you’re going to work on a farm, at least you know you’re in good hands. Women farmers have a lot of experience in childbirth.

“I know there is a big difference between babies and lambs, but it’s the same principle. Although I asked Shona the vet to be in my date!

“I want her there just in case of an emergency because she will know what to do.”

In September, Helen revealed that her due date was New Years Eve as she discussed her third pregnancy in Lorraine.

The Countryfile star has opened up about how her husband hopes she doesn’t give birth early like she did with her two previous children because she would miss Christmas.

When asked by Lorraine on the due date show, she replied, “New Years Eve. The other two were early and my husband keeps saying we can’t. make Christmas because he missed the last one.

“I said it was good, you’re making dinner, so I’m going to sit there with my feet up!” “

Helen previously revealed that she gave birth to her second child on the kitchen floor in France as her husband left for work.

Discussing whether she had told her son Louis about it, she said, “I know God bless him. I can’t decide if he’s proud to be embarrassed.

“Does he say I was born in the kitchen?” And I’m going yeah. It wasn’t what I wanted. No one wants a beautiful French firefighter at their feet during childbirth, that’s what I had.

“They had never done this before and were so excited I just told them to come back to my head please.”

Elsewhere in the interview, she explained that she was “independent” during her first pregnancy, but now she really “treats” the extra attention she receives while she is expecting.

She explained: With the first one, I was like “I’m independent, I don’t need a chair, I don’t need additional treatment”. Now when I’m at the farm I rinse her off. Does anyone have a chair? Does anyone have chocolate? This is my last, so I really treat it.

Helen also revealed that she received advice from Judy Murray, 62, – who has two sons Andy and Jamie – on how to raise boys.

She said: “She was like finding something you can do with the boys and I never understood what she meant because my boys are boys they played in the rain all day on Sunday and they were in a tree.

“They’re physical, they’re obsessed with my husband because of his rugby and that’s why I started playing gold and it’s awesome and now they’re like ‘wow mom you can hit stuff! “So I have cool points from them.

She also discussed the filming of This Week On The Farm, which follows British farms as they welcome newcomers and navigate the daily life of the farming industry.

She said: “People say never work with kids and animals, but that’s all I did! The good thing about this farm is that Rob and Dave had the same childhood as me. My kids come into the farm and say “oh my mom works here we can do whatever we want” and I say no you can’t!

She teamed her chic outfit with platform sandals and cat-eye sunglasses, and let her blonde locks fall freely around her face and shoulders.

Helen simply captioned the post with the hashtag “grateful” and emojis, including a baby and bottle emoji.

Richie, 31, also shared the post on his Instagram Stories, captioned: “Ding ding Round 3”.

It happened after the family had just returned from a sunny getaway in Malta.
